Nicole Withers at MTV commented further to their recent campaign:
"We were very happy with the outcome of the Vismail, which proved an excellent traffic driver to our event at Brand Licensing. We generated a lot of interest around our new preschool property Dora the Explorer, by playing video clips to a database of over 3,000 contacts. Vismail proved to be an effective tool of delivering a message in a creative and innovative way".
Jeff McWhinney, Chief Executive of the British Deaf Association.
"The B.D.A. are pleased to be working with Honey (GB) Plc in using the latest technology to get as many people as possible to learn to sign. Learning to sign can be fun and gives everyone access to the sign language community. If everyone in the UK was able to sign to a basic level this would be an extremely positive step towards a more inclusive society for deaf people."
Keiron Windross, Managing Director 3WL Ltd:
"Since integrating Vismail into our product and services portfolio, we have been able to offer new and existing clients far more compelling and successful e-communication solutions. The response rates our clients are obtaining means the level of repeat business is astounding. We look forward to working with the Vismail team in the future and thank them for their unparalleled support."
Michael Kaufman, Deputy Managing Director Fundraising Initiatives Ltd:
"Vismail has now become a core part of our business operations and the fundraising services we offer to our charitable clients. The success of Vismail has been the immediacy and impact the campaigns especially in the Disaster Relief sector. Our clients now have the opportunity to differentiate using Vismail, the Vismail service has truly helped us bring charitable fundraising into the 21st Century"
Robin Moore, New Media Strategist, British Red Cross
Vismail allowed us to send out an immediate, personalised thank you to members of the public who had made one-off online donations to our Tsunami appeal. The response has been overwhelming: within 3 days over 90% of recipients had opened the email and viewed the video. In addition, and without a specific ask, we have converted over 150 of these donors into regular givers through a link on the Vismail, as well as receiving over 3,500 visits to our website.
Brian Bennett, Communications Director, United Christian Broadcasters Limited UK (UCB)
UCB conducted a very successful trial of Vismail in 2005. Of almost 6,500 Vismails that were sent out promoting our new service UCB Mobile, almost 4,000 were opened by recipients and almost 1,000 of these 'clicked through' for more information. 300 people subsequently sampled the new service and many of these decided to subscribe. UCB has since gone on to use Vismail for a couple more campaigns. Vismail has proved to be much more flexible, and much more effective than traditional direct marketing approaches, both on time and cost grounds.
Sue-Anne Wallace, CEO, Fundraising Institute Australia
Fundraising Institute Australia was one of the first organisations in Australia to adopt Vismail to promote the 2006 international conference. Visits to the website soared as soon as the email was distributed. During November and December almost three times the membership of FIA downloaded the conference program. This interest resulted in record registrations for FIA's best-attended conference ever. For busy fundraisers the immediacy of a Vismail clearly creates interest resulting in swift action!
