Gavin Williams - Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Gavin is a Founder of Honey (GB) Plc and has been instrumental in establishing the business direction, distribution, strategy and sales development of the Company.

He is also a Director of Carelink Ltd, which he joint founded in 1997. Carelink is a direct marketing Company which has been profitable since its first year. It has many blue-chip clients and at its peak employed 40 staff.

Prior to this he had a long and successful career in business development with National Freight Consortium (NFC) from 1985-96, culminating in him being responsible for a £40m turnover rental business. He was also director of Transport Development Group Plc between 1996-7.

Richard Bednall - Founder and Chief Technical Officer

Richard created the technology upon which Vismail is based upon and is a Founder of Honey Plc. He has a career, which covers filming, film production, TV, IT and marketing, a unique combination of which enabled him to invent Vismail. He continues to be instrumental in the innovative strategy Honey is adopting across the entire scope of the field of media convergence.

Following an early career at the BBC and Abbey Life he has been involved with number of unquoted film and video technology businesses with clients such as Nat West, Redland plc, Sun Life of Canada, Total Oil, Shell, Staffware Plc, T-Mobile and Hyperion.

Karen Williams - Founder and Chief Operating Officer

Karen founded Honey (GB) Plc with Gavin and Richard. She has dealt with the financial management, sourcing and contractual aspects of the business. She is also a Director of Carelink Marketing and has built up an impressive portfolio of major clients.

Before Carelink Marketing she was Managing Director of Travel Accessories (UK) Ltd. Founded in 1986 this FMCG company sourced and marketed a range of some 250 travel related items and distributed them in the UK and parts of Europe to a number of major retailers including WH Smith, Harrods, Lloyds Chemists, Tesco, Boots, Sainsbury's, GUSCO, Grattans, QVC etc. The company became a market leader in its field in the UK and was successfully sold in 1996. The travel range is still in the market place today.
